Why should I report an Issue with Fxhours: Forex, Crypto, Gold?

Please may you keep your eyes open next time to check all bugs, thank you!When on chart of some symbol, symbol list on the left side takes too much space and no way to remove it so that the chart can use more space.( Thanks for reply ,yes holding on the chart tab longer hides the list .It is great app btw i changed from 4 to 5 stars)I really love this app, but when I'm using it to analyze the chat, the analysis tools seems not to be moving well, that is, they slow and sometimes they don't even respond at all.I like the app, but i really really want to view it on big screen i.e. my monitor and would appreciate if there is a website i can use.

2. If I accept the offer I get redirected to the relevant page and when I reopen the app, it plays another advert and the process repeats itself.

3. But I would like to add a suggestion, whereby a time limit could be added, like the option to see how many pips have moved in a direction within a specific period of time like 1hour 30 minutes and more.

4. The only reason why it doesn't get the five Stars, it's because there isn't FX hours in the app store for iOS .Great app.

1. Fix Fxhours Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Fxhours: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Fxhours App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fxhours" » Open Fxhours: Forex, Crypto, Gold » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fxhours » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Fxhours: Forex, Crypto, Gold app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fxhours servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fxhours: Forex, Crypto, Gold" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Fxhours app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fxhours might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Fxhours. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fxhours then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fxhours not working

2. Fix Fxhours Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Fxhours be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Fxhours not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Fxhours may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
