1. I'll likely continue to use it, however if I find something better I'd probably move on.I do not have the premium version, and I dont read too many of the available articles, but just being able to track my mood and look back and reflect on it is very helpful.
2. The push notifications 3 times a day is very helpful, I usually get at least one entry in per day because of the reminders. When it works as intended, very useful! However it often does not actually record entries, especially on stressful/bad days, and then gives you the message that you need more entries for a more accurate result... I've even uninstalled and redownload and the issue does not fix.
3. I've been using this app for about 5 weeks and this is the first time I've successfully kept up with something like this! It's been very helpful to track my mood and I like that I can go back and read my entries.
4. This issue has been off and on over the years of me having this app, but has gotten far worse recently..Great concept, and very helpful! I had to uninstall the app for a brief period to free up space on my phone.
5. It would also be nice if you could adjust the displayed experiences/emotions instead of having to type things in every time. It's good as a habit tracker and mood tracker.
6. I do wish there was more content outside of the premium version, but overall very helpful.Three months down! It's informative with explanations, suggestions, and resources.
7. I would not buy premium, one because if the trial exercise is anything to go by, the resources aren't that good quality, and there's really not much else that premium does but unlock the exercises, and two the amount of money is absurd.
8. Even though they haven't added those features yet, for now, just tracking my mood over time helps me spot likely depression.
9. Seems a little steep. They are adding features over time to make it easier to track why I am in a good or bad mood.
10. While you could keep a paper journal to do the same, this program prompts you for input, so I am more likely to remember to track my mood.
11. There are also some good little articles that go over different illness and thinking patterns that are pretty informative, and some have exercises that are intended to help you learn coping skills.
