1. Doesn't really help when I am actually having a lousy time.Notifications and goal tracking are buggy and clunky (have to manually mark activities as completed, have to manually start each day, notifications fire off multiple times unless you do all these manual clicks in the exact right order), and there's tons of other terrible ui/ux throughout, which ironically cause frustration.
2. The only thing I would change, would be some of the helpful comments that come up seem to be repetitious, and don't seem to vary much.I've tried a lot of mood trackers and self help apps and this is genuinely one of the best of it's kind.

6. The only problem i have noticed is that the time marker gets confused when its around midnight and you are making an entry on your goals.

9. There are many kinds of tools available in addition to tracking your mood/thoughts, such as CBT and guided mindfulness audio meditations.

Hi I am not sure if i have accidentally subscribed the Moodfit Premium after the trial period. How do I check if I have Moodfit Premium or the free version? If I have accidentally subscribed the premium version, please can you cancel it for me as I don't think it helps. thanks,
