Zen Planner Member App Customer Insights

1. I sent feedback to ask about these things and got a couple emails back basically telling me what I was doing wrong and why would I need to copy and paste the workout, that my.phones settings are wrong and then copied my gym owner in and told him he should start adding the workouts as measures rather than what they are! I'd hoped they'd at least take this feedback as suggestions for improvements rather than asking why'd I'd want to do them in the first place.It does what it's supposed to.

2. Or they have not invested in the proper hardware & software that fully capable of processing all the energy the app requiresThis is a mediocre app but it does beat having to login to my gyms website Everytime I want to sign up for a class.

3. I get an error for no suitable calendar when I try to add a reminder, I cannot copy and paste the workout myself into a reminder, and because my gym writes their own programming instead of mindlessly throwing up benchmarks every day, I cannot track my results in the app.

4. 2.5 stars Downgrading to 2 stars as I see that the add calendar button bug has been there for a while (reading other reviews).Terrible app! Horrible feedback! My gym uses this app for scheduling, so I'm stuck with it.

5. Would love to see something that pops up and says are you sure you want to cancel this reservation?? Or perhaps move the bar that takes up the bottom half of the screen to another location.

6. I'm sure this app helps gym owners collect money, but it does nothing beneficial for gym members.I've recently switched from iOS to Android and it's good to see that at least Zen Planner is consistent on both platforms.

7. The login screen does not allow you to used a password manager, (like LastPass) which makes it difficult to log back in.Unstable app.

8. It Launches only 50% of the time the first time, usually requires a force quit and restart combined with needing to restart your phone or do a complete reinstall once every 2 weeks.

9. I just get the error "Warning! Could not find a suitable calendar." I queried support six months ago, and they said, Yeah, that's a bug on some phones.

10. For example, if the programmed benchmark is specifically a "squat clean", there is not an option to record your results under squat clean and therefore you have to instead make two entries in both "clean" and "squat clean" if you hope to look back on those results at a later date.

11. The app also has the option to add this reservation to your calendar as a reminder (this feature is incredibly helpful for me).

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Zen Planner Member App Issues

  1. Restart Zen Planner Member App: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.

  5. Uninstall and reinstall Zen Planner Member App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Zen Planner Member App then reinstall.
