Finally, if you want to repeat a week on the workout plan, it would be great if you had a way to remove the check marks and start your progress through that week over.I love the workouts, I always feel great afterward and you can move up difficulties at your own pace! They have delicious meals, and a lot of diet options compared to other apps.
2. I have noticed clear results and it has helped me manage my anxiety through exercise! The little app reminders are a great way to stay on track with my routine and I love that you can set when the reminders go off.
3. The exercises can be challenging, but you can swap them out and since I've joined they've added a greater variety of workouts including classes!Great app.
