Please fix asap; this is a great idea and initiative.Great app to stay in touch with your family members and friends, nice feature especially for traveling saves a lot of time to check is everything is goodI couldn't even try it because it only shows the test screen for the SOS button and when I try to skip it or try it, it tells me that I have to complete my profile but I can't left this screen.

If no one can respond to the alerts, the app is completely useless.Not working, it shows a screen with two options "by mistake" and "I'm safe now", no matter what I choose it doesn't pass the screen, I uninstalled the app, I cleared cache and still not working.Could be perfect, however, I see useless the whole "Get Started" screen every time I open the app.

This is a great idea but it needs to improveThe app is a great service, but the map needs to be fix it would be so helpful fof the map to be 100% as accurate as possibleto anyone who is giving a bad review just for the "timeout" message it's because many girls here in Mexico are trying to do an account, and because there are so many, the app crashesI can't complete the registration.

4. If I need help, I need to press the SOS button ASAP, so I think its better to not press a "Get Started" button first.Everytime I open the app, it will ask me to fill in some profile info.

5. I get notifications alerting an SOS near me but when I open the app it just prompts me to fill in some data about me (which I've done correctly many times) and once I complete it and press 'next' there's absolutely no info about the alert.

1. Fix Rino Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Rino: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Rino App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Rino" » Open Rino: Safe citizens 24/7 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Rino » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Rino: Safe citizens 24/7 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Rino servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Rino: Safe citizens 24/7" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Rino app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Rino might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Rino. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Rino then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Rino not working

2. Fix Rino Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Rino be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Rino not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Rino may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
