1. Voice prompts tell you when to start, but how easy would it have been to add a number to those prompts so you wouldn't have to constantly refer to the app? As for referring to the app, with all the screen real estate available why is the number of reps you need to do next so small? Smaller than the text in the banner ad.
2. When the bell rings and it's time to do your next set, why couldn't that number be larger, even the entire screen in size?Good concept but broken ad placements.
3. This pretty much breaks the app since I'm now stuck at week 5 day 1 and every time I try to complete the workout I'm getting a full screen ad that stops everything.
4. It does not have a sensor to automatically count your push-ups, but I like the structure of each session: the sets are made so that you start somewhat easy, ramp up in the middle, then wind down towards the back end.
5. Personally, I haven't gone through the entire workout yet so I can't attest to whether it provides the results that it promises, but it's nice.
6. Absurdly easy at first, I've started to struggle, which is a good thing.
7. There should be a way to test your initial fitness level so you can appropriately challenge yourself. This is the digitized motivator that you're missing if you have no one to work out with you and if you struggle with impatience.
8. I suppose it could have more user adjustment to it but it's a simple app, after all. Some of the level jumps could use work (ex: going from 30 to 45 pushups).
9. The first 4 weeks were fine and the ads at the bottom are expected and the ones at the end of a workout.
10. The app gives a solid tempo and rate at which the workout moves to keep you from gunning through the set.
11. It's really good to consistently do pushups if you want to perform better and this app does just that.
