Only problem I have non app related is using bitcoin for USD.Yenom bitcoincash seems to be the best although i have not started using it as i just downloaded the app,but presumably it looks quite safe for now i give it four starHow long does it take for my redeemed Satoshi be reflected in this wallet? Almost 24 hrs already since it was redeemed.how come bitcoin cash is reducing ? i once had 0.37 in my wallet , its less than a week i found 0.32 in my bitcoin wallet ? how come ? does that mean my cash isn't save with u guys ?... am considering using another wallet...Simple and good appGood very easy to use 💕💕Don't receive any bch.

2. Sometimes I need to open the wallet several times before it will function.can't get seed or backup wallet to external storage.

1. Fix Yenom Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Yenom: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Yenom App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Yenom" » Open Yenom - Bitcoin Cash Wallet » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Yenom » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Yenom - Bitcoin Cash Wallet app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Yenom servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Yenom - Bitcoin Cash Wallet" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Yenom app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Yenom might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Yenom. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Yenom then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Yenom not working

2. Fix Yenom Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Yenom be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Yenom not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Yenom may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
