And another thing is withdraws make it easier to withdraw and waiting time is terriblely long fix it please.The app is okay until you have to withdraw your earnings, there are constant, nonsensical delays EVERY SINGLE TIME, this is the fourth time I've tried to withdraw my earnings and YET AGAIN, there's another delay, they'll tell you that it takes 1-3 business days for it to reflect and I'm telling you right now that they're lying,on average with all the transactions, it takes 5-7 working days,personally this is the major downside of the app and if it is rectified, they'll be alot of people using it3 Stars in comparison with Tradingview app, specially the adjustable chart, which provides clear candelatick view., two ways screen scroll / adjustment.

It's a good app but the charts interface is not too good I can't see any of my indicators In portrait mode and I can't enter a trade in landscape this should be rectified it's easier if in both modes you can do what is needed it takes up time flipping the phone all the time, it becomes frustrating.

3. ♥️🥰Smooth and reliable experience, but one of the last updates made it less comfortable to use +/- signs when setting stop loss/take profit (and pending orders) - long press is way too "slow" (and i just type desired levels)Overall, it's a good app for investing.

4. When adding indicators to a chart there should be an option to be applicable to all instruments charts, instead of loosing time adding them one by one to every instrument.

5. Another very useful thing is the real time value of an indicators like RSI, Stochastic, Demarker etc.

6. Flicking through the chart and pulling a supply zone with you and putting it in a new location is annoying.

1. Restart XTB Online Investing: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the XTB Online Investing App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "XTB Online Investing" » Open XTB Online Investing » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for XTB Online Investing » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear XTB Online Investing app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from XTB Online Investing servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "XTB Online Investing" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check XTB Online Investing app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, XTB Online Investing might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall XTB Online Investing. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall XTB Online Investing then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing XTB Online Investing not working
