1. Won't sync and no one knows why.I was really excited to use the watch and it's got great elements but I find it frustrating that a gesture like crossing arms can trigger the change watch face option and I have to exit each time.

2. First and main comment: why do I have to be online to sync my watch with the app? I don't have a data plan (too expensive), so I am only connected when I have WiFi at home.

3. Going back to Huawei watch and app which gives better output.The app only "allows" you to sync sleep data once.

4. The Bluetooth is one also when there is no WiFi so why can't I sync? Does this mean my data gets shared with a server online - I did not get asked to agree.

5. If you sync in the middle of the night, and then when you wake up, the app will overwrite the data on the band with the first one, rather than receiving the updated data from the band.

6. If you restart the band, the correct data is still present, until you sync with the app again.

7. Trying to sync app and track treadmill use usually fails (band pauses, app doesn't sense much).

8. Second point: why does the app have to have that cheesy looking avatar guy there? Make it simple and functional.Edit: added 4/14 update made no change even with another password reset.

9. The watch also keeps showing a music play screen while you workout yet your not playing music, and phone is not in range and you can not disable this feature.

10. Unfortunately, there does not appear to be a simple way to reboot the device.The data is reasonable but the interface is not great.

11. Just my observation.To connect to a different phone you need to do a factory reset on the phone losing all data and settings.

здравствуйте, уже 5 дней не получается просмотреть свою статистику о шагах, калориях, пульсе и т.д. показывает просто белый экран. остальные вкладки, как тренировка, настройки часов и самого приложения работают. не знаю, что делать. уже и телефон перезагружала, и приложение удаляла, и в приложении отчет написала. ничего не меняется!! помогите, пожалуйста!

Здравствуйте! Мой ID в Mi Fitness: 1669762607. В приложении пропали данные моих множества тренировок! Помогите мне воостановить все данные, для меня важны результаты моей каждой тренировки!. Пропали практически все результаты бега за Сентябрь 2023 года, в октябре, ноябре, стало меньше, возможно и в других месяцах тоже! Мне срочно нужен ответ и помощь, мне очень очень важно восстановить данные абсолютно всех тренировок.
