Hello Haylou Customer Insights

1. Using RS4+ I found: - Weather not displayed in watch when Accuweather selected - Only Display of 5 days if default Weather API selected - Missing symbols or characters (e.g. Emojis shown as ??? [and I don't know how to solve this only with regex rules]) Everything else is perfect, even with more customization than stock.

2. I don't really care because I only want the watch for notifications and it does it ok not perfect, sometimes I will not vibrate.The app is good overall but it doesn't support emojis on my RS4 Plus (received emojis are replaced with ??) although the app description says that it does.

3. I select a watchface to replace on the watch, then upload a new one and it still replaces the last one.I bought the premium version of the app for RS4+.

4. But while trying to install any watch face, the custom watch face screen says that the watch does not support uploading a custom face.

5. Alarms and notifications do what I expect (alarms rebooted the watch with Haylou app).

6. What do to in this case to upload a custom watch face?Better than the official app.

7. Only problems are: 1) English translation poor or unclear, such as the "disconnection" switch that really means "disconnect watch".

8. I'm only able to replace 1 of the 6 faces that came with the watch (the last one).

9. Or "haylou search" that's really "find my watch".

10. A bit disappointing experience overall.Why is the activity menu not working, which causes the sensors to not workI have bought the premium version, but I still can't upload it—Bin file.

11. I tried the first face, and it was heck a lot faster but still slower than the original HayLou Fun app on syncing, but still worked finally.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Hello Haylou Issues

1. Fix Hello Haylou Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Hello Haylou: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Hello Haylou App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hello Haylou" » Open Hello Haylou » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hello Haylou » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Hello Haylou app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hello Haylou servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hello Haylou" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Hello Haylou app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hello Haylou might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Hello Haylou. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hello Haylou then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hello Haylou not working


2. Fix Hello Haylou Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hello Haylou be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hello Haylou not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hello Haylou may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Haylou RS4 Plus watch + Hello Haylou v2.6.0 (on EMUI 12) Android phone - the Hello Haylou app is not showing the edit button. The 'watch face' tab only opens up default HaylouFun watch faces. Downloaded watch faces cannot be located and applied.
