1. Wire allows your team to communicate and share information easily and securely - messages, files, conference calls or private conversations - always in context.
2. Wire is available on any device and operating system - so your team can collaborate whether in the office or on the road.
3. Wire is also available as an on-demand solution for crisis collaboration.
4. We increase the productivity in your team while keeping your information private.
5. Wire is the most secure collaboration platform.
6. Wire offers a free version for external business partners or friends and family use.
1. Messages will randomly be wiped from chats (the trash icon doesn't even show), images more than a couple days old won't load, you have to completely close and restart the app a few times in order to read a message, and sending a message is no longer reliable.
2. Can no longer send voice memos, have to download photos and videos to view, can't see when the other user is typing, notifications are even MORE unreliable... oh, and you can no longer search your chats or view previously shared media.
3. I recommend you bring back the last version.Wire is a wonderful chat tool, but some issues with the recent release.
4. The recent release fixes likes to be more visible among other things, but now it takes longer to sync and search is broken (and moved to an odd place).
5. Ie Gif, photo editing, search chat for all types of messages, double tap to like a message.
6. This is still my first choice, but it does need some improvement, especially to fix the recently buggy release. Most recent update is pretty university bad.
7. In the unlikely event that I receive messages, notifications often don't work.
8. I would rather have the previous version that wouldn't notify me of a new messages.
9. Was just about to invite more friends to join, but the latest update suddenly changed the look and wiped out all past conversations with individual accounts (not groups).
10. In other apps, the colors are vibrant, but in Wire, they're drab and grey.
11. I'll be switching back to Signal or trying Telegram.I've been using this app for a couple years to communicate with family while deployed.
