When I am already signed in, keyboard pops up on loading screen and I have to push the back button for it to disappear.The problem most of you are possibly having with login is, if you're on an android 7.0 OS or newer, you've got to access SETTINGS>>apps& permissions, select the Assist Wireless app, access PERMISSIONS then select the PHONE option.

2. Good luck with that.I love my phone service and cheap prices, I just wish they had better customer service because I receive text messages showing I can get credits to my account for paying online but when I try to use their app it can't find my account.

3. App is still trash, can't top up in the app or online with credits but y'all go get them credits🤣and customer service is beyond week old skunk urine & garbage truck juice! HIRE DIFFERENT service agents! negative -65 starsWow... more useless cr*p from assist.

4. Error pops up immediately after download.. Made sure I allowed the correct permissions on my phone for the app to access and still it wont accept my login info.

5. Then I call and am told to try registering using my OLD phone number from 3 years ago and when I do that there's no place to update my account to my new number - I use my own phone, which is great, but getting help is really hard.

8. However, I have no problem logging in through my phones browser.. This app needs work.. The permissions dont auto prompt.. You have to go in your phones settings and manually set it.

9. It's total garbage, a waste of space and Assist's "Customer Support" is probably some kind of pun for something else because they do NOT offer customer support of ANY sort.

1. Fix Assist Wireless Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Assist Wireless: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Assist Wireless App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Assist Wireless" » Open Assist Wireless » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Assist Wireless » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Assist Wireless app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Assist Wireless servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Assist Wireless" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Assist Wireless app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Assist Wireless might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Assist Wireless. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Assist Wireless then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Assist Wireless not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Assist Wireless be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Assist Wireless not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Assist Wireless may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
