MuchBetter Customer Insights

1. you are rolling the dice using this app if you are looking for fast, consistent e-transfers and support.Was good at the start app no longer works as it's saying disruption to service has been for the past Year not good 😐My first one star rating in months but I had no choice.

2. 2 thumbs up on this one !These geniuses had a 3rd party site freeze my account due to an error THEY made completely useless customer service, advise not to use.its OK sometimes, and usually fast and consistent for deposits and withdrawals, but what really kills this app is inconsistency.

3. After installation, I spent 2+ hours walking through the app setup over and over again - when I'd press the 'Done' button to complete the process, an error dialogue popped up and to my total frustration, all data that I entered was lost and I had to start again.

4. TyMuch better support is useless because they didn't respond any ticket I created since last year.

5. They hold my money and created several tickets but they not even reply to me.My initial experience with them was not satisfying but they have since improved in the quality of services rendered.

6. So if u have money in the app and for some reason ur not able to do the transaction or if they choose to block ur account.. good luck with that.

7. Reported to Google.Been using this app for a few months now and have made several transactions with it and so far i have not had any problems at all.

8. Worst customer care everrr.. no contact number.. contact is only through emails and they reply no sooner than 24hrs.

9. Using 'Interac On Line' doesn't work for my account so I use this app instead and the payment is almost instantaneously.

10. Try to do a simple withdraw though, and you have to provide multiple documents to prove your identity and the receiving bank details are legit.

11. their support system is "OK", no way to contact them except via email and again, no consistency in their support.

    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MuchBetter" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MuchBetter app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MuchBetter might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MuchBetter. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MuchBetter then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MuchBetter not working


2. Fix MuchBetter Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MuchBetter be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MuchBetter not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MuchBetter may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Muchbetter an sich finde ich eigentlich wirklich gut habe nichts auszusetzen, aber an der App seit Tag eins, da kamen schon mehrere Updates und Verbesserungen allerdings denke ich dass sie sich wenig Gedanken machen darüber, was die Kunden denken, da sind viel zu viele Bugs, die Übersicht und Struktur sollte definitiv verändert werden, die Farbe und alles ist okey, und mein größtes Problem, dass man seine ..... Handynummer nicht selbst ändern kann oder wenigstens ein Support-Team besteht 24 Stunden, von mir aus Chat noch dazu, man hat keinen Button/Reiter für ein den Kontakt. Ein Tipp von mir, wenn ihr an diesen Stellen eine Verbesserung durchführt, werden sie die Sicherheit der Kunden gewinnen, und durch die bessere Übersicht ebenso, wirkt einfach seriöser und wäre Kundenfreundlicher.   • Hello, I had made multiple withdrawals of 6950$ and one of 590$. So far I have recieved email confirmation of two of them which equals 6946 and the other of 586$ saying it will be in my account In 1-3 days but the other 21,000 has neither been processed and also have recieved any confirmation of the requests being recieved! I am beyond upset! With much better avoid this app at all costs otherwise you may not get paid. Because this is more money that I don’t know what’s happening with it than any complaint I’ve seen and I have proof I’ve requested these withdrawals!

  • I changed my phone number and was able to add funds to my account and I've been using muchbette for over years now but now you took my deposit but won't let me use it anywhere I'm trying to.why? I’ve contacted poker stars and they’ve said that yep my withdrawal went threw on their end and it was went to you.   • I added almost 30$ dollars in MuchBetter app and I came to know that MuchBetter doesn’t have gaming partner . I kept money for withdrawal through astropay card and they asked for verification details and I sent every details they asked . After all that my money never appeared in astropay card . Twice it has happend that money was sent from my MuchBetter account but was not recieved on the page I was depositing the money to (mrgreen) .   • So I bought 250$ trough bank transfer (Bradesco) in 01/08/2021, and haven’t seen that money yet (01/15/2021). Which is worrying because bank transfers don’t usually takes so long, I’m very sad with the service you guys provide, especially because I paid very high on the dollar (not couting taxes, on the day I paid R$0.82 more), now the only thing I want is my money back, because couldn’t even get help on the app since I can’t get a response.
