In this pandemic people are avoiding to step outside and these sites/app are telling us for selfshipment of the product if you have raised the return request.I had Insta Vouchers and was trying to redeem online on their official website but it just did not accept my gift codes.. tried switching browsers and devices but no fix... even customer care did not provide with a resolution! At the end I downloaded this App and tried my luck... Viola!! It worked like magic... The app is quick and user friendly... also restores all your order details and cart items once you Login.

2. Rest, I'm a huge fan of their earrings collection, it's a must try! They really need to fix their order page on app though, also the filters don't work properly.Very bad experience as my coupon code for 10% didn't apply.

I doubt your authenticity now.So I was checking for some jewellery shopping app when Voylla was recommended to me three - four times so I installed it.But what I found out was that there is literally no variety in the jewelleries.The price for every jewellery is hell of a lot and they don't give much options to choose from.It was simply a waste of time for me and it's not even worth installing.The products are really nice , but expensive than other online sites .

4. The most worst part is that it does not shows the order details in the app and not any place to create the return request.

1. Fix Voylla Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Voylla: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Voylla App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Voylla" » Open Voylla : Fashion Jewellery Shopping App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Voylla » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Voylla : Fashion Jewellery Shopping App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Voylla servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Voylla : Fashion Jewellery Shopping App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Voylla app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Voylla might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Voylla. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Voylla then reinstall.

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Voylla be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Voylla not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Voylla may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
