Thanks for my productsThis is the worst clothing app ive ever dealt with, I ordered clothes based on their size chart and it was all wrong sincr the chart wasnt specific with alot of products (mm or cm), and when i requested a return they asked me to pay the freight out which will cost me around 40-60 dollars.Low price but high quality.The delivery was not "next day" but got items of really good quality clothing within 3 weeks of ordering.

2. Then once I received it after 15 days!! The packaging was horrible and the sizes are wrong and again they ask me to pay it and to wait for I don't know whom to came and collect it and I have again to wait for another 15 days 🤬😡😠 to receive again a wrong sizes.. Clearly guys I would like to mention that the quality is pooooooorVery poor service.

3. Guys please beware..The worst customer experience I ever had to be honest first of all the sizes mentioned in the app while choosing the products are Chinese size I think.

4. Nice surprise at the end of a 3 week delivery that I must pay the import tax release fee.Very bad experience on after service procedures, Delivery is too late than promised.

5. I made payments for an item and for 4 days they are still reviewing my details and funny enough I have been debited from my acct and they are still telling me they haven't received my payment.

6. Customer service was a little frustrating but I think that comes down to language differences.This Koyye Platform is a scam.

7. Anyways am uninstalling and upset as I lost my money buying clothes which doesn't fit and they don't have flexible return policy.

8. About the products quality mostly are good and i will keep on going to shop with you.

9. Instead theit courier in my country made me pay additional customs fees for my order to scheduled for delivery.

10. Please help.All the products that I had ordered before (more than 50 items), mostly are the same that I saw in the pictures.

11. Do not buy any clothes item as if it doesn't fit then exchange policies are so difficult and annoying that you tend not to continue.

1. Fix KOYYE Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart KOYYE: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the KOYYE App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KOYYE" » Open KOYYE - Casual and Fashion Trends » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KOYYE » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear KOYYE - Casual and Fashion Trends app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KOYYE servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KOYYE - Casual and Fashion Trends" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check KOYYE app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, KOYYE might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall KOYYE. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall KOYYE then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing KOYYE not working

2. Fix KOYYE Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make KOYYE be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to KOYYE not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, KOYYE may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
