1. Even if you follow terms and conditions There is something seriously wrong with their financial departmentVery bad and getting worse everytime .. every catagory is empty from the inside !!! Uninstalling.Very bad application actually, it is very slow, the order list would not give correct info about the status of the order, the wishlist would start from the oldest items you liked which brings all the old and maybe out of stock items in your sight instead of the freshly added items.. It also requires several trials to checkout before one is accepted.

I contacted theem directly few times, but they don't seem to care to improve the app.it is absolutely a very bad application, it always shows nothings in the categories, as the dashboard shows the title and once you click on it, it gave empty screen and request to continue shopping!!! it is waste of timeNothing to say about the clotheer, great quality.

3. Also worst customer service, taking more than a month to receive a refund on my returned item, and I still didn't receive it.Very slow and doesn't work properly.

4. Everytime I want to use a feature it prompts me to log in and login feature doesn't work, and I keep changing my password which works but eventually i can't even log in.

5. Very slow, keeps crashing, filters doesn't work, and the search is not accurate.

6. The app doesn't always work, I have to click on things multiple times before the action can be processed.

7. My first experience was really good les than 14 hours i got my order, but the second time over 8 days and still nothing.The app was working great, but the last 4 months I tried multiple times to buy from the app.

8. And nothing wrong with my cards.Since 3 years I have been complaining about how the app is tooo slow to do shopping.

1. Restart Riva Fashion: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Riva Fashion App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Riva Fashion" » Open Riva Fashion » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Riva Fashion » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Riva Fashion app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Riva Fashion servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Riva Fashion" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Riva Fashion app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Riva Fashion might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Riva Fashion. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Riva Fashion then reinstall.
