I will say this used to be a great app, hope it gets sorted soon).After all the negative feedback on the new app I'm surprised JM have still not solved the problem I had problems since May like a lot of people and phoned customer service today and was told nothing could be found that was causing the problem and to keep using my laptop for ordering but that doesn't help if I'm out and about I prefer to use the app on my phone fingers crossed it gets sorted soon..?Love the programme, but it's full of glitches, it constantly freezes, goes back and repeats the last couple of seconds 2 or 3 times! So you miss what they are saying and the deals! Please fix it!This update has a lot of niggles that need resolving.

2. IF gempouria & jewellery maker can't be bothered to fix the issue I going to find a different supplierCouldnt find the gem they were selling at the time on TV through webpage as not listed and nowhere to be seen, so thought I'd download app.

3. (Previous review - Pretty useless atm as unless you are watching the program at the time and purchasing products then and there you can no longer see pictures of products shown earlier in the day.

4. 13/32020 Pictures of products not showing just the JM logo video is working.

5. No way to refresh the screen.Totally fed up can't get app to work since May it tells me to log in click on what I then tells me welcome back but won't let me purchase anything which is a shame as I used to purchase a lot.

6. The video/app shuts down automatically after a minute or so and the 'buy now' button only appears for live auction items.

7. Just shows the login bar and when selected it brigs up the empty basket screen.

9. This has been since yesterday.I have been using this app for a long time with no problem.

10. Given one star as I can view the shows.Poor No live tv.

11. All you see is the JM Logo in their place, so you may as well watch on your laptop/computer where you can see the pictures.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix JewelleryMaker Issues

1. Fix JewelleryMaker Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart JewelleryMaker: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the JewelleryMaker App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "JewelleryMaker" » Open JewelleryMaker » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for JewelleryMaker » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear JewelleryMaker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from JewelleryMaker servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "JewelleryMaker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check JewelleryMaker app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, JewelleryMaker might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall JewelleryMaker. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall JewelleryMaker then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing JewelleryMaker not working


2. Fix JewelleryMaker Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make JewelleryMaker be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to JewelleryMaker not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, JewelleryMaker may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
