I ordered a top over a month ago and never received it...deleted confirmation number by mistake

Ordered 3dresses 4/10/2021. It is now 8/7/2021 and I still have not received my order. Have tried tracking order and tracking doesn't work. Tried customer service # and it doesn't work. What can I do? Is this a scam??

I'm having trouble login

Tried to use little tulip app for 15% off and it took me to other site.
Also dont want any polyester clother where something is printed on it deceptively making it look3d when it is not (read a lot of reviews and a vintage one did not have buttons lace ) so i removed from cart.
Also dont want stiff polyester that is like a sheet. If you could tell me if any of those are in my cart
