1. It takes a min 12 mins to load orders page and it does not show correctly even after loading for so long.

2. Very disappointing, it is better to use their online website than using through the app.Gives an error when opening the app.

3. For some reason, the stores in Germany never have cell signals (using blockers?), and their WiFi srems to be super slow.

4. Reinstalling and using a "stable WIFI connection", as advice in 2023, is pretty rificolous: I have many app in my mobile like this but never had any issue.

5. Th online version hasn't synced fully.Absolutely useless if you want to check your orders, profile etc.

6. If you want to use filters for sizing oh Jesus, they are so many.. you just loose wish of shopping and close the app.There should be 'share' button on each item.

1. Fix Esprit Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Esprit: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Esprit App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Esprit" » Open Esprit – shop fashion & styles » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Esprit » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Esprit – shop fashion & styles app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Esprit servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Esprit – shop fashion & styles" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Esprit app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Esprit might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Esprit. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Esprit then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Esprit not working

2. Fix Esprit Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Esprit be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Esprit not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Esprit may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
