1. Whenever I am looking at an item of clothing and go back it takes me back to the home page and I have to look for the category again.UPDATE: it appears to be fixed for me now! I am actually checking out and finnaly using the app :) app sucks! takes you right back to home after you look at an image and have to go through the whole filter process.

2. Goes back 2 1stpage while checking an item.. MESS!!When you click a specific product from a browsing page (ex: curve tops, men's bottoms) and then try to go back to the browsing page it takes you all the way back to the home screen instead.

3. Everytime you search and item and go back it takes you back to the first page instead going back to where you left off.

4. Now, if I select ANY item and then hit the back button, it takes me ALL the way back to the homepage!! Why doesn't this app ever work correctly???I'm going to stick to the website because the app is trash.

5. Whenever I select an item to see the details and then hit the back arrow, it takes me all the way back to the home page and I have to go through the menu/type in the search bar again.

6. If I select an item on my "Favorites", when I hit the back button, I'm directed back to the top of my favorites list and I have to scroll back down to where I left off.

7. I could be searching and click on an outfit and then when I go back it takes me all the way back to the home page and makes me start over again.

8. Every time you go to view another outfit in the options list, it either reroutes you back to the home page or to the top of the category list you were just looking at.

9. Also went searching up something, it will not give you correct results, it also is small I gotta click on every single item to see what it is.I'm over it.

10. Lastly, when I hit the arrow to back out, it takes me all the out of the tab I was shopping in.

11. Please fix this issue because it makes for a very annoying mobile shopping experience.It's a miserable shopping experience using the app.

3. Clear Fashion Nova app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fashion Nova servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fashion Nova" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Fashion Nova app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fashion Nova might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Fashion Nova. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fashion Nova then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fashion Nova not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Fashion Nova be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Fashion Nova not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Fashion Nova may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
