2. End of the day most ain't looking at your phone for info but gives some peace of mind in a pinch.Why does this app need access to all my contacts and location? Can't use it with out giving full permission.

3. I am not sure I am ok with an app having access to make phone calls for me.Everything at a glance including med list, emergency contact, funeral of choice.

4. Didn't get to enter any information because they insist on getting permission to access my entire list of contacts.

5. Also, not seeing it possible to have this app in view on the lock screen which is pointless especially asking for the phones passcode if you can even access it if someone's phone is locked with a pass, pin, etc.

7. Uninstalling & l looking for something less intrusive.I've liked having this app, it's pretty decent but a few recommendations as a Medic myself... Adding a DNR/Full Code option so 1st responders can be aware to look for it would be helpful.

1. Restart Vital ICE In Case of Emergency: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Vital ICE In Case of Emergency App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Vital ICE In Case of Emergency" » Open Vital ICE In Case of Emergency » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Vital ICE In Case of Emergency » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Vital ICE In Case of Emergency app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Vital ICE In Case of Emergency servers.
