Why should I report an Issue with ICE - In Case of Emergency?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. What's really good about this app is even if you're phone is locked your vital information can be accessed for example; allergic to a specific medication, so if you do have a medical problem it can be treated quickly and efficiently.OK but disappears at times from the drop down list and doesn't display on my startup screen.

2. What makes it worst, is that it's not even at the top the list... My preference is to be able to return my locked screen as it was before; only showing date, time, camera & phone icon; with the only addition being the ICE app.I have had this for about a year.

Unfortunately, it shuts down in the background occasionally (and unless you notice the icon missing, you don't realize it happened); the lock screen icon is too small and if you have anything with white on your wallpaper behind it, it's can't be seen; with latest update, I have a 1 or 2 notification on the app; however there is nothing that I can find that requires my attention and, they won't clear.

4. Please fix the bugs, allow for the icon to be BOLD RED so it won't get lost in a wallpaper background and make the icon larger.The app is nice; providing the necessary safety info on a locked screen.

5. Once you're done the app is always open (even when your phone is locked) and clearly presents your medical information in the event that you are unconscious and are unable to communicate with emergency personnel.

6. However, it would be nice if the settings of My other apps didn't have to show up on the locked screen; whereas it was never a problem before.

7. The major issue I have is when you go to the screen than contains your emergency contacts it shows the name and phone number.

8. Sure hope I never end up needing this app at night...Easy enough to complete and, once done, sits visibly on your phone, and accessible even when phone locked.

9. But you cannot call the contact from that screen; you have to go to your phone app to make the call.

10. Even better, would be if the allergy and "medical treatment" sections let you add items individually, with details, like the contact and pathology sections do.I like the app and the logic behind it in emergency situations.

1. Fix ICE Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ICE: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ICE App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ICE" » Open ICE - In Case of Emergency » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ICE » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ICE - In Case of Emergency app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ICE servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ICE - In Case of Emergency" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ICE app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ICE might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ICE. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ICE then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ICE not working

2. Fix ICE Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ICE be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ICE not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ICE may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
