1. I opened it to test it and it froze, so I couldn't push it for help..I forced stop and turned my phone off and the button was still frozen when I opened it back up, so I uninstalled it and went for something else.There is a major glitch that does not allow you to verify your phone number.

2. Everytime I add phone number and email address it just goes back to the login page and it's soo annoyingI join, i enter my number, it sends a code, it auto verifies, it then kicks me back to the main page.

3. Total development failure.Can't complete set up as won't complete address with auto Google look up, and won't allow to cut and paste on your own.Couldn't edit the carer's mobile number or email I'd.

4. It won't let me verify my number because when I put it in and click to verify, it sends me a text with code, but resets the app to where I can't enter the code.

5. But I can't even get through putting my info in the app! The "my address" section mandates some kind of google gps search but keeps error reporting: "can't load search results".

6. It is simply irresponsible to neglect an app that is supposed to provide safety to people.There was an issue that the developer fixed and this app now seems to work find and does exactly what it was intended to.

7. Great to have on your phone if you are lost in the woods or get injured.Maybe it was just ME or MY phone but finally rec'd the SMS phone verifications AFTER I made it home safe.

8. So I have to enter my number again to get a code.

9. I don't have any settings that would block the app, far as I know.Didn't know there was an update, so when I went in to check the settings, it made me try to set up again.

10. Several cars all with out of state license plates have been circling me on my dog walks for weeks and the police are no help.

11. Guess I'll have to find a replacement app.I downloaded this app for work because I work with some clients that could put me at risk.
