Pulsebit Customer Insights

1. Don't download.Free version only shows your pulse and beats/s, if you want to see your stats or anything else after setting up the app, you are being forced to subscribe and pay money for "premium version".

2. Almost every app with a subscription option has a few things that you can still do without one, or at the very least a free trial to see what you're buying.

3. Just not in my budget.I canceled the subscription a day after the free trial.

4. Stupid.You should be ashamed of yourselves for telling customers to forgo using proper medical equipment, having people wagging their fingers at the things that genuinely help keep them alive by providing an accurate reading based in patented science.

5. No free trials, no continuing on a basic free subscription with limited features, nothing that lets me try before buying.

6. Not to mention, the subscription is 10 DOLLARS A WEEK! I can't spend that money when the whole reason I'm trying apps like this is because I can't afford real therapy.

7. At first glance, the app works fine, but after the initial setup it completely stops working until you pay for a premium subscription.

8. Cannot find contact information to call and talk to someone but I signed up for 3 day trial, canceled when I got the reminder email but still got charged.

9. I messaged them back for a refund and they claimed they had no proof in the system I ended my subscription even though I had a confirmation email.

10. Excuse me, but since when you're not given anything for free in a "free" version of the app.

11. Clearly I should have read the hundreds of other unsatisfied reviews before I wasted my time.Okay, I got an ad for this app that said absolutely nothing about a required subscription.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Pulsebit Issues

1. Fix Pulsebit Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Pulsebit: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Pulsebit App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pulsebit" » Open Pulsebit: Heart Rate Monitor » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pulsebit » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Pulsebit: Heart Rate Monitor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pulsebit servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pulsebit: Heart Rate Monitor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Pulsebit app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pulsebit might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Pulsebit. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pulsebit then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pulsebit not working


2. Fix Pulsebit Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pulsebit be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pulsebit not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pulsebit may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I have made a $1 subscription subscription for 3 days trial using this email. But now I want to cancel my subscription so that I won’t be charge $29.99 in the next 3 days, however I can’t seem to find the cancel button as I was taking the test in instagram and subscribe the subscription through instagram. Could you please help me to cancel my subscription?
