Why should I report an Issue with VitalCare?

1. This is an awesome start! Just a few tweaks and it will be Super Awesome 👌I liked this app but one rating at this time because I installed it and opened it but couldn't never login or set up anything because it kept telling me the password and/or email was wrong.

2. The initiative is awesome but I will provide ratings based on usageClicked link from email received from home health and walla! Added vital, changed password.

3. Ugh!Installed but it then requires I have an account to open the app but to open an account you must have an account, classic fatal bug so this app is brokenIt ask for login, but how can you login if you won't have have sign up page.

4. App opens up to login screen which won't let u login.. so although a good initiative but useless.The good thing happened with me is I didn't cancel the order of oxymeter.

5. Only downside, I know know how to get app to show on desktop.First screen is a log-on and it rejects your email because you aren't registered but there's no way to register.

6. Maybe if I am able to start working with the program because I really liked what the app showed.The service is lousy I downloaded this app two days ago and have yet to sign in.

7. If I had the option you wouldn't get that.Goolge play store said it installed but can't find where it was put on my computer.

8. But, for some reason if it is left running in the background, it will mute your device volume to a whisper.

9. Had to "force stop" the app to regain control of my phone's volume.

1. Fix VitalCare Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart VitalCare: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the VitalCare App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VitalCare" » Open VitalCare » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VitalCare » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear VitalCare app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VitalCare servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VitalCare" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check VitalCare app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VitalCare might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall VitalCare. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VitalCare then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VitalCare not working

2. Fix VitalCare Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VitalCare be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VitalCare not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VitalCare may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
