I'm unable to call customer care number... worst experience ever...One of the worst experience i had ever before accepting the leads it will show like nearby your location n it will show the different location when u check the location of the customer but it will show different but when u will see manually it will show like between 10km to 20km tried the called the seniors but no respeonse its been 1hour from 9am to 9:58am waiting at office but not a single person to help me now it feeling like it was a big mistake for me that i left my before job.In my previous Hub over 2months they didn't even sent a single job so I changed to other hub then suddenly got more jobs from previous Hub & I was blocked coz of low response rate as I'm 25+kms away from my previous Hub,they claim us as their partners but they do what they want in the app without informi...
2. Costed me my whole months earning! U C Urban company 👎👎👎 bestWorst customer support.. I had taken a new kit and got few items missing from two months they are telling they will give money return.
3. It does not stay open in the background and closes automatically and I have lost so much of work because of this because I don't get the notifications on my screen and when I check on the app, it shows that I missed all those leads.
4. After all doing all the work sincerely customers write what ever they feel and give low rating and UC do not check all this on ground level they just block the ID's which is not a solution.
5. Very bad experience "When I accidentally clicked on the wrong city while selecting it, the app did not allow me to change it to the correct one.
6. They are looking only their benefits... Now I must say UC really useless..😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬I have missed more than 20 leads this month just because of some glitch in the app.
