1. The update made it so it would crash when ever I opened it, but I guess u gotta uninstall the app and reinstall for it to work again.Horrible! Takes for ever to load.. Three days later and it is still not loading.

2. why does the app demands access anyway? I want to enter timesheets not taking pictures.This app doesn't work anymore.

3. A week later and still not loaded... Shameful!Very good place to work...i fumbled the ball once and they were understanding enough to give me a second chance!My job information is very important to me.

4. when denied the app gets hilariously upset by sending a pop up saying that access "CAMERA Denied!!!" and freezing.

5. It won't let me log in to do any type of thing with this.Just did the update, and app freeze, not able to open.

6. I downloaded the update, and now it tells me that a new update is available and directs me to Google store.

1. Fix TGC Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TGC: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TGC App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TGC" » Open TGC Mobile App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TGC » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TGC Mobile App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TGC servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TGC Mobile App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TGC app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TGC might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TGC. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TGC then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TGC not working

2. Fix TGC Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TGC be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TGC not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TGC may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
