1. Fantastic job! Fantastic update! If there can be a way to download the research slides from the app (particularly Market Measures), I would never need to utilize Chrome for tastytrade on my phone again.Everything's great except for user interaction for watching recorded videos.

2. If developer of management team checks this review, would you please allow user to sort recorded videos by years and months?Great app! The one thing I wished it had would be the ability to search for videos.

3. In other words the software ignores my android settings.After the last main update, this app has streamlined the way I watch tastytrade content.

4. But you can't reorder shows by date, can't search, can't download when off network and streaming often stops midstream and or exits stream on own.I just check my positions I have never traded here only on desktop app.

6. Also, it'd be nice if you could bookmark/favorite videos or create your own collections .When the app is installed it appears under the name "tastytrade", not "tastylive".

7. Really disappointing, I have to use the browser for 2 days in a row now on my phone.I like the recent updates, my only issue is that it automatically goes into landscape mode even though I have my phone locked into vertical mode on my actual phone.

8. I have not actually traded with the android version just use it as a handy reference tool.Please fix, totally unusable! The last update yesterday keeps me logging out.

1. Fix tastylive Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart tastylive: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the tastylive App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "tastylive" » Open tastylive: financial network » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for tastylive » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear tastylive: financial network app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from tastylive servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "tastylive: financial network" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check tastylive app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, tastylive might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall tastylive. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall tastylive then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing tastylive not working
