1. However, the last update has absolutely wrecked the camera abilities! Please revert!!!Im using fulcrum for years.its ok before this.but with new update the problem is the pin not show full name of tagging.when u click the tagging then u back it will hang your device.u must close the application before u can use it back.this update version make my job slower and hard.please fix itI've been using this app for the past 4 years and developing all kind of bespoke forms.
2. Now, our field staff still experience the same issue which causes a lot of frustration and inconvenience.Latest update forces you to use their nasty camera system, and there is no option to use a good camera app.This app just keeps getting worse.
3. The "contact support" link in settings doesn't work.Easy to use at first, but requires some IT/GIS background when using advanced features.
4. 13 users in my company with SAMSUNG SM-T365 (Android 5.1.1) tablets experienced repeated crashes when taking photos through the app, regardless the form used.
5. I have been using Fulcrum for years and love it's functionality.
6. Now in December 2019, we've upgraded the devices for the users to Samsung SM-T515 (Android 9)- a bit better specs than former ones.
7. Able to use whether or not there is cell service, and the ability to visually see records on a map.... AWESOMEHate the new update.
8. I can't hardly make anything out on it.On current version, viewing a record but not making changes requires me to confirm "discard changes" when hitting 'back'.
9. The converse is also true: I can modify a record and then hit 'back' and it silently discards my update.
10. Brilliant capabilities, but loads of issues started to appear with the upgrades implemented staring July 2019.
11. I believe that there may be a problem with the resource usage for the app, but the support team quickly cut me off on the conversation and I had no further feedback from them.
