1. The only thing is all of my 40 minute workouts I burned the same calorie count, which is kinda odd because of my different intensity levels.Great App! I was searching for a simple app that could provide visual cues for heart rate based workouts on my stationary bike trainer.
2. Please fix this devs! I really loved this app so I hope a fix comes out soon.Quality workout selection (you tap the top of the screen that says beginner and press the green play button next to the workout you want to start, I've seen many negative reviews unable to figure this out).
3. Only suggestions would be, while editing a custom workout, the ability to duplicate an interval so you don't have to manually add the same thing repeatedly and, when editing the time of an interval, to just be able to enter the new time without having to delete the old one.
4. The best part is the ability to create custom workouts in the app or export one of the existing workouts as a template (csv) for a new workout to import.
5. The app is light on the ads, only one ad for ever workout, you could honestly hear more ads over the radio at a normal gym, so I feel like it's more than fair.Okay, as a road cyclist I needed an app with different types of workout levels and this one has that.
6. Great app, exactly what I was looking for to create intervals for a stationary bike workout.
7. It uses gender, age, weight and resting heart rate to determine cardio workout zones.
8. I've been using the Cardio workout because I can maintain a high rpm level that is most useful training for a criterium.
9. Overall it is a good training app; definitely recommend. This is a super simple app with timers that countdown when it's time to sprint or recover.
10. -No limit to the number of intervals that you can add to a workout.
11. I love the fit integration and I love how I am able to make my own workouts too (though a few more defaults might be nice).
