1. Couple of things I would like to see added/changed: 1) custom day start - I'm a night bird, usually do my exercises around midnight, so it looks like I skip days or do multiple exercises a day, 2) more detailed graph - right now it's not possible to see exact time when I did my session, only date (which is also a bit hard to read).My true purpose for trying this app was to help with digestive issues I've experienced for the past two years.
2. Edit: dropping a star because the app must have some internal time zone the user can't override: can't tell you how many times my progress graph is messed up because I did the day's exercise after the app's clock claimed it was already a new day (several hours before midnight).I wish you could reset the app.
3. I can't personalize the exercises for pregnancy, there is no explanation of what the exercise is, exactly, and it goes so fast, i don't see how this is effective! Have the designers ever done kegel exercises before? Only one position for the day? Some explanations of what to expect would be very helpful.
4. As it is currently, you can only do the level's exercises once each day and then it marks that level as done without you being able to do it again if you want to.I've tried a few kegal apps, and this has by far been the best! I like the increasing challenge of the exercises.
5. ( Sorry if that sounds awkward.) This app keeps me focused and, oftentimes, I meditate through these exercises.Just downloaded, did my first exercise.
6. I'd like more detailed breakdowns on my exercise duration times by the day, and it would also be great to know how many sessions are left before the next level for motivation.
7. This just seems like it wasn't thought out, just a concept app.After downloading 3 different Kegel exercise apps I think I found "The One"! I like the idea of the pulse kegels that slightly increase day by day.
8. It would be great to find your ideal level and STAY THERE until you feel the need for progression.Awesome app with a few minor nags.
9. Delete the short rest time after the long squeeze time (because another 30 second rest time follows the long squeeze time anyway).
10. It gets to a point where I would just rather plateau!!! I'm losing steam and motivation due to the difficulty level increasing.
11. If I dont have the app open and running in the background at all times then I won't receive my daily notification to do the exercises.
