1. Best app for astronomy too.I rec'd a Star Certificate in memory of my son who passed away in October for Christmas! This was the most amazing gift ever and the fact that I can use my phone to find it in the sky makes it all the more special! I like the thought of having a specific location to look to while he rides in Heaven! Mommy loves you Caleb Michael... 25 yrs will never be enough!Can not store the registration number so have to put in manually every time.

Tried to email the one on this page and of course the email failed because the address doesn't exist.Downloaded the app to go with the star registration purchase made through their website - so far the star registration number/certificate has not been sent, despite delivery being promised within 2 hours by email.

3. But that all changes next weekend as our clocks go back to normalKeeps crashing and doesn't let me put the star registration number in.

1. Fix Night Sky Guide Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Night Sky Guide: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Night Sky Guide App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Night Sky Guide" » Open Night Sky Guide - Planetarium » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Night Sky Guide » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Night Sky Guide - Planetarium app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Night Sky Guide servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Night Sky Guide - Planetarium" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Night Sky Guide app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Night Sky Guide might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Night Sky Guide. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Night Sky Guide then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Night Sky Guide not working
