Why should I report an Issue with Photomath?

I still recommend downloading this appthe app works fine but when I take a picture of some problems, it shows the correct for a plus version but then for the free version it shows the wrong answer even though it's solving for the same thing! I don't understand why it does this-- UPDATE: it was all fun and games until the calculator told me no 🤡🤡 it's crazy how it's supposed to be a calculator but it can just be like "No! buy our subscription for $100 NOW!!" also I scrolled as far as I could and there were no other answer options..After trying it, calling this a free app seems disengenuous.

Although there is one thing, and that's there's some problems that are unsolvable by the app, but whenever the pop up appears, there's a notification saying "we'll be able to solve this in the future" so I'm really looking forward to it.Photomath is a really great app to use! For example, if you are stuck on a problem, it gives you the answers right away and sometimes it shows you how to do the problem so you can get a full answer.

3. You did it when you were ready; now, it immediately solves, scanning other problema on the page and messing up my answer that I need when I turn the phone away.This app is really great! I've got a lot of school work done using it and now have an A++ in my math class :) I also always make sure to read the explanation, because whenever I don't understand how to figure it out the explanation is really helpful.

4. I uninstalled and found a different app to use.It is very convenient in doing math homework; yet, at the same time, there exist slight inconveniences in the design update, such as the instant problem solving.

5. So overall, great app with some minor flaws.it's good but some times it doesn't know the answer, which is frustrating, or it can't solve it because of not having premium.

6. Otherwise, this is app is great and only needs to improve by knowing how to solve word problems.I did give this 3 stars at first, but I'm gonna have to bump the rating down to 2 stars.

11. Why? Because, sometimes when you take a picture of the problem, it will try to match it with a problem somebody else already submitted.

1. Fix Photomath Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Photomath: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Photomath App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Photomath" » Open Photomath » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Photomath » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Photomath app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Photomath servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Photomath" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Photomath app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Photomath might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Photomath. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Photomath then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Photomath not working

2. Fix Photomath Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Photomath be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Photomath not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Photomath may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
