Why should I report an Issue with LEGO® DUPLO® Marvel?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Disappointing!! Downloaded this for my little boy, he initially loved it as it is Marvel and LEGO (two of his favourite things!) However, in order to play any of the other games and characters you have to BUY them.....awful!!! Surely there could be more than one option for fun playing before everything has to be paid for?? Would not recommend this game unless you make more options for free levels!Really good app, just not possible to sub for the content on a child's family account as they say the pop up can't ask permission from the adult account.

2. i was trying to do the family share thing i do with every other app.As another reviewer mentioned, it's not possible to subscribe to the paid content from my child's account.

3. We have sets, figures, and.... A DC Duplo Game? PlzzzThis is a great game I never got to make it being so cool that I never paid it before I think I will tell you when I'm this game is so cool and it has so many characters 😁😂 I will give it a 5 stars 🤩🌋You can't install on a child's device with Family Link.

4. This is possible in other gamesBought this for my son but the app wouldnt let me buy through his account on his tablet and when i bought it through my phone on Family Link it wont let him access it on his tablet.

5. I purchased the content on my account and was still unable to access the content on my child's account, despite being supervised by me and part of the family group.

6. In-app purchases, subscription specifically can not be purchased or used with a child's restricted account or with family link on Google Play.

7. Graphics look good and it's easy to use but unless you're willing to pay you get nothing.I dont know what i'm doing wrong i download the app on my sons tablet but asked for person and waited on my end to recieve a notification and i could approve so nothing.

8. I was told to make the purchase using with an account that is meant to use it and is not restricted.. So not my kid's account.keeps freezing then crashes.

9. If the initial app was better then more people may be willing to subscribe, doesn't seem promising from what you get free access to.

11. this app doesnt have a log in profile setting so now i have the app i paid for on my phone and not my sons.

1. Fix LEGO Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart LEGO: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the LEGO App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "LEGO" » Open LEGO® DUPLO® Marvel » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for LEGO » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear LEGO® DUPLO® Marvel app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from LEGO servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "LEGO® DUPLO® Marvel" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check LEGO app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, LEGO might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall LEGO. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall LEGO then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing LEGO not working

2. Fix LEGO Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make LEGO be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to LEGO not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, LEGO may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
