1. Worst developer.On first use, on my older phone, I thought this was the ultimate in astro education, but, on my newer phone it loads up to the title screen and then kicks me off just as quick as it loaded... Needs fixingI paid money for the app and the in-app bundle, but now it just keeps crashing.

First thing I'll say is don't install this app because it fails to load up., I have messaged them numerous times about this issue but they never get to me except only once and they told me to uninstall the app but that doesn't work, even after explaining to them that I've paid for the upgraded version they still don't get back to me, it's a complete scam and they should be ashamed of themselves.I've had this app for years and also bought it years ago and just recently it will not open.

3. The problem is on my PC using Bluestacks I can't find the link to the bundle.I bought this app almost 6-7 months ago and I also buyed full additional bundle.

4. Before this issue I would spend hours exploring space and had a great time doing so.

5. You could buy a real telescope.I just bought 14.August.2021and downloaded the app in great enthusiasm.

7. And now after a long time I installed this app again, & now it's showing again to pay 200₹ rupees for additional bundle.

8. I hope they will reply.When the app does not crash it is an excellent app, support has not been great either.

9. My personal opinion is, if you are a student like me, then don't purchase this app go for another developer app, but not Vito Technology.

10. Waste of money.... I have a OnePlus 7TI have previously purchased this app and all of a sudden it vanished.

1. Fix Solar Walk Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Solar Walk: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Solar Walk App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Solar Walk" » Open Solar Walk - Explore Planets » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Solar Walk » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Solar Walk - Explore Planets app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Solar Walk servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Solar Walk - Explore Planets" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Solar Walk app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Solar Walk might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Solar Walk. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Solar Walk then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Solar Walk not working

2. Fix Solar Walk Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Solar Walk be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Solar Walk not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Solar Walk may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
