Star Roam Sky Map Planet Customer Insights
1. A lot of work has gone into this and it's definitely well worth the subscription price πIt does exactly what it says in the synopsis, just point at the sky where you want to view and press the phone symbol on the bottom left hand side of the screen and boom it's done, press it again and it freezes the screen (you can even turn the screen red!! Its great for a beginners as you can literally download and use, there's an option to view future events.. there is option to pay for other services (maybe for those budding astronomers) but as a free guide its pretty amazing ππβοΈππͺIt's basically bloatware unless you pay for the subscriptionthis might help me find planets!!! BTW if you can update it plssss make it where they are not so many moons.
2. but it's a good game!!I enjoy The science π behind this app... Very enlightening... Star roaming and Astronomy has become a hobby of mine... I suggest you upgrade for an even more amazing Starful experience...Id give a zero star rating if it was an option.
3. I hit x on that screen and it does seem pretty cool with the constellations and Mars etc, but not worth paying monthly or yearly for since I don't have time to stargaze like I did when I was younger.
4. Although it's a cool app, the constant crashing and subscription issues (I ended up getting charged multiple times due to the restore issue) make it unusable.
5. But it CONSTANTLY runs in the background, even if I have an open the app after restarting my phone! I would wake up and find that it was running in the background since 2 a.m. It kills my battery and makes my phone VERY glitchy.
6. Also the notifications for Star Roam do not use the normal android notification channels, and this is annoying.Give it a chance to work out.
7. Update; my sub is good for 3 more mnths but can't get the app without paying againNever left a 1 star review before.
8. I hope this is some kind of bug and not a poor decision...It automatically signed me up for a 3 day free trial and then it charges 30 a year or 5 monthly.
9. But shortly after I started seeing advertisements pop onto my screen when using other apps like Google or YouTube.
10. Used the app one time to find mars and worked great.
11. You can click on a star/sun and find loads of info on that solar system, history, and mythology.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Star Roam Sky Map Planet Issues

I downloaded "Interstellar Roaming - Tracking Planets and Constellation, Sky Map" on 2022/08/12. But after opening the program, I found that the function did not meet the requirements, so I deleted the program. And apply for cancellation of subscription within the period. Still got the payment notice.
The request has been sent before, but no reply has been received. I recently received a payment notice.

I have only subscribed for 3 day trial and did not want to purchase a full 1 year subscription that costed me 94$. I have only intended to subscribe for a 3 days trial. I have also seen other cases posted here with similar issue.
