1. I love the search feature and that it periodically alerts me to interesting night sky observations so I don't miss a thing!Fabulous app Only thing that keeps it from 5 stars is that when you click on the notification it offers no more info on whatever the thing in the notification was about.

I've tried several different types over the past decade and nothing compares to this one and that's why it's one of the only apps I've ever paid to get the premium subscription for and it was cheap and well worth the price! There's so many different options to change up to get the best personal experience.

3. When you see your notification, you can only see the first few words, something like, "See Mercury at its...", but when you click on the notification to see the whole message, it just takes you straight into the celestial view.

1. Fix Star Tracker Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Star Tracker: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Star Tracker App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Star Tracker" » Open Star Tracker - Mobile Sky Map » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Star Tracker » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Star Tracker - Mobile Sky Map app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Star Tracker servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Star Tracker - Mobile Sky Map " » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Star Tracker app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Star Tracker might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Star Tracker. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Star Tracker then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Star Tracker not working

2. Fix Star Tracker Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Star Tracker be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Star Tracker not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Star Tracker may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
