1. Terrible practice if your system is down to not have noticed anywhere.The "security features" are so good that after trying to log in with my correct credentials twice it locked my account so now I can not pay any of my bills, access my accounts or anything.

1. Fix SharePoint Credit Union Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SharePoint Credit Union: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SharePoint Credit Union App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SharePoint Credit Union" » Open SharePoint Credit Union » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SharePoint Credit Union » click "UPDATE".
