1. Having to enter a code from my email everytime I want to send money through zelle is quite irritating too.Totally unusable.

2. The only question is "how have you not fixed it yet?"Account transfers, no way to enter a decimal point on the amount - whole dollar amounts only.

3. I can't I won'tMobile deposit is still completely unusable after they did a "new design" update a month ago.

4. And NO bank should be sponsoring ads within their site.It was working good for one day after the recent update.

5. App was perfectly good and functional before then! Not using it nowI have had this app for several months now and have never been able to use it.

6. When I go to Mobile Deposit, it kicks me out to sign-in right after I take one picture of the check.

7. Plus there's more.Fingerprint login no longer worksThis update was more of a downgrade.

8. No mobile deposit is working so if you don't have a branch near you, you can't deposit anything.

9. Prior to this "update" the app was 10 stars.

10. I constantly get error 500 message when I try to log in, despite not having any trouble with the desktop site.

11. I'm able to do external transfer and zelle.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix SkyOne Issues

1. Fix SkyOne Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart SkyOne: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the SkyOne App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SkyOne" » Open SkyOne Mobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SkyOne » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear SkyOne Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SkyOne servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SkyOne Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check SkyOne app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SkyOne might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall SkyOne. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SkyOne then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SkyOne not working


2. Fix SkyOne Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SkyOne be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SkyOne not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SkyOne may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
