1. Well worth a try!A huge number of statistics are displayed through charts in such a creative way, making it easy for me to understand and track data of my week and month steps, as well as distance traveled and calories burned.
2. Several problems: 1) could find no way to calibrate step length so that distance walked verges on the fictional - 4718 steps is unlikely to be 1.7 miles.
3. The app counts all the steps you walk while holding the phone so you can calculate what sort of distance you walk besides any formal measured walks you take. This app is super easy to use.
4. When it works, it's great, but when it tells me I have 0 steps when I have already seen 4000 for the day, or when the same number comes up when I just walked another 800, it ticks me off.
5. 1 mile according to my car's odometer equals 2640 steps on this app, in other words, 2 feet per step for 5280 feet, which is one mile.
6. Complete accuracy would be a HUGE improvementThe modern and simple interface attracted me at first sight and I keep using it due to its usefulness and convenience.
7. From the moment I open this app, it starts counting the steps automatically, every 24 hours, even though the screen is off.
8. It measures steps, converts them to mph, and shows the calories that a person burns.
9. I have yet to check out that feature...This is a great little app for monitoring distance walked.
10. Although at times I think I've walked twice the steps it says.
11. 2) having ads across bottom or top of screen is one thing; opening the ap to a full-screen, full-volume, full-colour advert is something quite different.
