StepChain Customer Insights

1. Fake app does not give any product..... Waste of time..😠Dont download this until they fix the problem, i always send them review of the app, and it was good until recently, but now its completely useless,the app does not count the steps, i contacted the developer, and they always say only one thing send screenshots, but when thw app itself is not responding what do they expect me to send, utterly dissapointed, so donot download the app until all the problems are fixed,and developers fix the problem its now nearly a month after we experienced thisThe App is subtracting STEP coins per day.

2. The previous days step points won't be considered the next day, reduced to zero, the wallet won't get updated, Step points won't get converted to step coins, Ordered products won't be displayed in the transactions but the step points get deducted with no doubt at all and many more bugs.

3. No, this isn't me misunderstanding how it works or where it's displayed - the total wallet value literally only ever displays the current days coins, meaning the rest disappear completely.

4. Order product would not be display in transaction but the step points get deducted.

5. I should be accumulating more STEP coins but I was at 10600 didn't even purchase anything and it just keeps going down every day.

6. I have walked yesterday and earned 942 step points, but when I checked today those points got removed from my wallest.

7. I redeemed electric abs pad (5500 points ).... But I cannot see my product ordered and there is nothing in the order list.

8. It takes efforts to walk miles and it's heartbreaking to lose all the hard earned coins.

9. I also tried contacting the team in the support option inside the app, reporting my issue, but untill now no action has been taken.Worked well, now just blank screen.

10. I am really hoping the next update would bring back all the old lost coins.

11. The coins earned are of no use in the marketplace as you cannot buy anything there.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix StepChain Issues

1. Fix StepChain Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart StepChain: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the StepChain App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "StepChain" » Open StepChain » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for StepChain » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear StepChain app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from StepChain servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "StepChain" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check StepChain app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, StepChain might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall StepChain. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall StepChain then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing StepChain not working


2. Fix StepChain Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make StepChain be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to StepChain not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, StepChain may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I just deleted your app bcs I didn’t want to be billed for services that I have yet to receive. I just downloaded the app so pls delete any information I gave you & pls delete data.Also pls close the account as I was about to select a coach & realize I would probably be billed for it!So I exited the app immediately & them quickly deleted it! I’m sorry! I can’t afford a personal trainer! I thought it was a free app w/out any membership fees.
