Why should I report an Issue with Accupedo Pedometer?

1. I can assure you I won't pay for any premium features if the free features won't work on a given app.Does a good job counting steps but may miscount depending on body location.

2. Especially when I didn't have my phone at times or the occasional app freeze.Used to work great, but now it won't track steps, and the very few times it does its way off.

3. For example you use to be able to adjust steps when you forget to your phone.

4. my only complaint (and i just haven't taken the time to figure it out) is that under the latest Android OS the app doesn't automatically run.So far alot more accurate than Google fit... This app seemed to work alot better than Google fit.

5. Not sure what causes varied differences.Since last update it doesn't count steps anymore.

6. 10/30/2021: Have been using for some years, first as free version, then as paid.

7. Sometimes is right on with the others, other times it's off by 1-5 steps, other times it's off by couple hundred.

9. I first discovered that it only counts steps when the app is on the screen, and the screen is visible.

10. I would suggest this is a wider bug (I do work in IT development)..I have used this app for years and have been very happy with it.

1. Fix Accupedo Pedometer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Accupedo Pedometer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Accupedo Pedometer App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Accupedo Pedometer" » Open Accupedo Pedometer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Accupedo Pedometer » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Accupedo Pedometer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Accupedo Pedometer servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Accupedo Pedometer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Accupedo Pedometer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Accupedo Pedometer might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Accupedo Pedometer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Accupedo Pedometer then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Accupedo Pedometer not working

2. Fix Accupedo Pedometer Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Accupedo Pedometer be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Accupedo Pedometer not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Accupedo Pedometer may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
