1. Except for the time and that's only if your phone is workingI can't anything going I think these Kore Trak watches are a big SCAM I even got FALSE Delivery E-mails I've tried everything in trying to get this Friging watch to hook up on my phone BUT NOTHING.Mi I am not able to retrieve my smart watch which is not showing time,steps or any other functions.

2. The worst smart watch.Can't get it to set current time and date.

3. It doesnt even gove you the opportunity to connect.I can't set the time and date.

4. How to make it to work properly?I dont know how to use it and its a bad quality And it does not let you connect it to your phoneThis app was pointless.

5. This watch is so bad I wanted to throw it away, very inaccurate.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Smart Watch Issues

1. Fix Smart Watch Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Smart Watch: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Smart Watch App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Smart Watch" » Open Smart Watch » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Smart Watch » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Smart Watch app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Smart Watch servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Smart Watch" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Smart Watch app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Smart Watch might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Smart Watch. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Smart Watch then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Smart Watch not working


2. Fix Smart Watch Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Smart Watch be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Smart Watch not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Smart Watch may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I only had my watch one day and it took my blood pressure once and now the option doesn’t show up on the watch any more. I updated the watch on the Dayband app and it seems that is when the problem occured. I am very disappointed! I would like a replacement, a refund or some type of support for this problem.
