1. Also, syncing between the app and the watch is not great.Auto Disconnect in Sometimes From day one this Watch having issues - after More then 10-15 mit it's Shows Disconnect please tell me what to Do it's software issues or Hardware issue.when i am calling,the device is showing the callers name.(android) and rest of the features are excellentnot happy.

2. Even worse there is no useful information or help on the internet.Basic but does all that I need for a very reasonable priceOnly 4 watch faces.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix ZeWatch4 Issues

1. Fix ZeWatch4 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart ZeWatch4: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the ZeWatch4 App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ZeWatch4" » Open ZeWatch4 » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ZeWatch4 » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear ZeWatch4 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ZeWatch4 servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ZeWatch4" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check ZeWatch4 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ZeWatch4 might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall ZeWatch4. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ZeWatch4 then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ZeWatch4 not working


2. Fix ZeWatch4 Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ZeWatch4 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ZeWatch4 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ZeWatch4 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
