Ka-Partner App Customer Insights

1. They also place the highest priced promos first so you have to be careful when it comes to selection.This app is useful for me as a retailer specially when the signal is weak except that not all smart and tnt promos are available in the app like call and text promos.I still need to use the old way of loading using the menu.I hope that in the next update all the other promos will be included not the giga promos only.Update:i hate that you always need to log-in and wait for otp everytime you use it, i hope you can improve that..This is so useless.

I tried uninstall and reinstall, but it didnt fix the crashing issue.Very bad,, a lot of messages appears after loading as i try move backward there's a key says to confirm again i tap and boom.. i eload double amount with the same number,,, thats how u deserve a poor reviews....OTP arrives super late.

3. Hope you can finally do something about it.ASKING FOR OTP EVERYDAY TO LOG-IN 👎👎👎👎👎 PROMOS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Logging in everyday that REQUIRES OTP is a bit much and sometimes OTP arrives late which is hassle.

4. I understand that this feature is for our security but compared to other e-wallet apps, ooh yes they also ask OTP for sometime but NOT everyday just to log-in.

5. They concentrate on the Giga Promos while disregarding the other promos.

6. *Will edit my rating if my concern is addressed.This is my first time to use this service and I'm already disappointed.

7. This is the worst app ever.Internet dependent app that makes it incovenient and as for the lastest update, i crashes just trying to input the password.

9. Allow use of Password, Pin or Biometrics to log-in and lessen the need for OTP.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Ka-Partner App Issues

1. Fix Ka-Partner App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Ka-Partner App: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Ka-Partner App App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ka-Partner App" » Open Ka-Partner App » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ka-Partner App » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Ka-Partner App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ka-Partner App servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ka-Partner App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Ka-Partner App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ka-Partner App might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Ka-Partner App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ka-Partner App then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ka-Partner App not working


2. Fix Ka-Partner App Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ka-Partner App be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
