1. And if I apply for a loan on the Shani app, I can't even become a partner, because my pan number will obviously be the sameNo proper response from Customer care.. Not responded through mail.
2. Useless app, wasteful service, i had introduced a customer in july, i still haven't got my payout yet, each time i click that link it says, it will be processed soon, but when i check in bank, it is not credited, so i checked the app again, it is showing, payment unprocessed.
3. but now iam fearing about my details will miss use.even i entered correct passwords but not accepting .every time comming otp and new password but now totally locked.good app but after documents submittion case is pre disbursement and not clear automatically pls clear case automatically so we can disbursement more case to extraa time remaining.
4. if anyone want to become a partner plz dont waste ur time.Whenever i try to create a new lead, the app crashes or it gives an error of "Unable to connect to the server".
5. and small problem are there customer details some minor correction not allowed partner side.very poor platform to Earning prospect.
6. Every time shows pan card name mismatch whenever I send my pan ID scan copy and mailed request with screenshots also(more than 5 times).
7. I tried to apply for a loan through the Dhani app & because the auto correct feature in the mobile changed my name, the 1st name was punched incorrectly.
8. Even I called customer care they told may be the server is down you can retry later.
9. And the partner app gives me a prompt stating Aadhaar card already registered try another number.
10. I have been following it up with the customer care guys, but they are not giving a definite answer.
11. And even not responded properly through customer care number also.
