Why should I report an Issue with MobileMonkey Chat?

You try to log in and try to create a page on it but it just not going in and I just downloaded it to try it but it let me down and I regret of installing this appMobileMonkey is useless.Please dont use this app.Free Plan is bad.MobileMonkey developers are very poor in life and I think they wanted money from customers.Menu bar include Powered by MobileMonkey is very very bad.Worst app ever.1000 messages per month is also bad.Hay guys please use ManyChat.It is the best for building chatbot.ManyChat includes Unlimted Subscribers/Unlimted Messages and the best free feature in free planuninstalled.

2. Also I cannot find any way but it seems there is no way in the app to forward an entire chat to email!!! Seems like this very basic functionality is missing, how am I supposed to get leads over to my admin team to take over?Aint working right, sign in problem.

3. I was sent sign in screen, where i am constantly trying but not able to sign in.If you're using bots to manage your messaging across different channels, you need MobileMonkey, and this app is a great companion.Not good at all and very disappointed at this app.

4. We are paying monthly fees and i havent been able to use your service for 4 days now!!! FIX IT ASAPOk but not great, sometimes cannot move chats to DONE.

5. ThanksI just signed in with my Facebook page account and It was successful however when I returned back to the App to Login it tells me "something went wrong please contact support".

6. And the other thing is I thought the app automatically sends you a notification on facebook about you are now active on their service.Fix your android version please.

7. But I'm continuously having to log back in, you can't leave this app to do what it's meant to do! Really frustrating.Basic messaging app for leads.

1. Fix Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart : Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "" » Open MobileMonkey Chat » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MobileMonkey Chat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MobileMonkey Chat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall . If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing not working

2. Fix Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
