1. However, this is quite a hassle and it defeats the purpose of the app; to provide an easy way to check the up-to-date status of load credits data packages.Very bad app and not verrrrrry useful especially when you're trying to sign in and there's a pop up message stating that " bad request " and when you try to change your password it would say " please try again later " and been trying it a million times already but still the same error message occurred.

2. Service is extremely unreliable! Most of the time, it won't allow you to log in... Not sure what's causing this because I can use other apps that require internet connection.

3. But this last cut-off really pissed me, 3 errors occured on my registration process but for some reason I was charged with 3 Giga99(the error) and according to smart it was a successful one, that's why they can't do anything for me.

4. This app would be great if it worked properly! We have it on 3 different phone and on all of them we have to clear both the cache and the data before each use or the app gives "Cold not retrieve all details.

5. It probably is a bug since I have an active internet connection yet the app cannot show me the details of my current load status.

6. Internet connection is stable, I've tried reinstalling, even turning my phone on and off just to check if that was the problem.

7. Not matter how many times you try, always the same result unless you go into settings, applications manager, My Smart and clear both app data and cache.

8. I enrolled my other number, it took several minutes before they sent the verification number, other apps only took few seconds.

9. Not what I would call a user friendly way of doing things but it does work.Probably one of the worst apps out there.

10. Every time i try and open the app it always says "Could not retrieve all the details".

11. I think Smart should definitely fix this issue because this is verrrrrry frustrating and inconvenient on our part as your valued user.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix My Smart Issues

1. Fix My Smart Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart My Smart: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the My Smart App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Smart" » Open My Smart » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Smart » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear My Smart app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Smart servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Smart" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check My Smart app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Smart might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall My Smart. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Smart then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Smart not working


2. Fix My Smart Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Smart be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Smart not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Smart may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
