1. I've sent numerous reports on it malfunctioning but it doesn't help.The app first started working wonderfully then all of a sudden I could not log in and the page did not line up with my phone screen so there was no login button all I could see was my email and username.

2. It is also a pain after you scan that you have re-enter the benefits section vs it taking you back into your benefits.This App would be very helpful, if it didn't crash 90% of the time I try to start it! I am running Android 6.0.1 on a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.

3. I loved the idea of how convenient it was to keep track of balance, and being able to scan for approved items.

4. The question mark is placed to the scanning button for a reason so the "how to scan" shouldn't be reintroduced every time.

1. Fix WIC2Go Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WIC2Go: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WIC2Go App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WIC2Go" » Open WIC2Go » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WIC2Go » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WIC2Go app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WIC2Go servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WIC2Go" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WIC2Go app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WIC2Go might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WIC2Go. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WIC2Go then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WIC2Go not working

2. Fix WIC2Go Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WIC2Go be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WIC2Go not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WIC2Go may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
